The buying process is excellent. On placing an order an email is sent to the buyer asking for measurements to help ensure the correct size has been selected. I also received a follow up phone call which ensured I received the correct sized garment. I can’t fault this buying process. I received the item within two days of ordering. Another positive experience. I brought a Harrington style leather jacket. The quality is simply superb. Wanted a more robust, thicker leather that was still supple and wearable. This is exactly what I got and just as described on the website. I am completely satisfied with the quality of my jacket and the buying experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this seller to my family and friends.

I ordered online, and then had several phone conversations with Diane about sizing. She couldn't have taken more trouble or been more helpful. The jacket arrived quickly, was well packaged and was greatly appreciated as a birthday gift.

Having had some unfortunate experiences trying to purchase a replacement sheepskin jacket, I approached this seller with some trepidation. In fact the experience was positive. Communications were promptly and professionally handled, great care was taken to make sure that the size was correct, the jacket was as described and delivery was quick and useful advice about future garment care was contained with it. Very positive overall.

Prompt service. Arrived very quickly. Beautiful jacket, softest leather. Very light. So happy with it. Love the simple design and the details like gun metal coloured zips, inside pocket and patterned shoulders and side panels. The fit is great, great service to send measurements to be sure of fit. Had to send another company's jackets back twice. Thank you. I will wear it a lot :😀

I am still in awe of being called by Diane a few minutes after placing my order to check that I had the right sizing for the recipient's body shape. She also happily answered some questions that I had with some sound advice to boot. Then this got followed by an email advising on how to deal with the item when delivered from how to open the box so that to avoid any damage to it right through to how to hang it. Quite remarkable and impressive. The word should be spread about this quite exceptional company.
