A very comprehensive selection on the website, spoilt for choice. I particularly look for a handbag with a zip up compartment in order to keep my purse and valuables safe but also like extra outside pockets. This handbag fitted all my criteria and was a very good price. I first used them for a Christmas gift and I must say I will keep on using them for future purchases because of the wide selection, good price and excellent delivery.

When I did the purchase they asked me using a credit card which I did so in that moment I had money in it as everybody knows it’s summer and you take holidays so I spent money with me credit card so Fashionette did a checking in my credit card again but I don’t have enough money in it meaning the full reminder amount of the purchase when I did a monthly payment plan with them which I am paying so now they threatened me as I don’t have enough founds (full amount reminder)they say if I don’t change my credit card they will charge the reminder in full!!! I don’t get it I did the purchase and I am paying them so why they have to check whether or not I have money to cover the payments and threatened me That cause me anxiety as I can not afford to pay all the remainder amount as I did a payment plan why don’t they respect that? I am a client and I compromised to pay the instalments. I’m not happy with that.

Placed 2 separate orders and both were cancelled. Was told after several days for both that either the website was wrong or the item was unavailable. The website continues to advertise the item for sale! Beyond frustrating and really disappointing.

It would have been 5 stars if the package had been delivered on the first date I was given, but then the date changed to 5 days later. When it did arrive, it was well packaged and the item itself was authentic and good quality. I would purchase from this company again.

The trainers that I ordered were far too big, at the time it only gave me the Uk sizing but when arrived they were us sizing since then I have found they have amended the sizing, obviously other people had the same problem

Ordered my item on 7th October and it showed as shipped on 11th October. However 11 days later it is still stuck in Germany with UPS since Fashionette didn't provide all the correct documentation for shipping to UK (missing EROI number). Now there is still no status update despite Fasionette claiming to have provided the number. On UPS it doesn't provide an estimated shipping date and no updates since 11th October. I have tried contact customer services but they said they can't do anything and to 'wait and drink tea'. Fashionette as a luxury e-commerce should have logistics sorted out or it shouldn't take customers orders.

I ordered a DKNY handbag online & paid by PayPal. My order was confirmed but a few days later I received an email to tell me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled. I received a refund to my PayPal account. I was offered a promo code to give me £30 off a future purchase. When I tried to reorder the bag the discount was applied but there was an issue paying by PayPal & the second order wasn’t processed properly. When I went back to the payment page I couldn’t use the promo code as it said I’d already used it once even though my order wasn’t processed. I’m not very happy and it seems unfair that through no fault of mine I can’t make use of the £30 discount offer.

Ordered a bag which costs in excess of £1k on the 12th Oct. was told it would arrive by the 15th, & then the 19th, & then the 21st… according to UPS it’s still in Germany after missing it’s scheduled transfer departure 3 times… let’s see if it ever arrives. As a site which sells luxury brands, the customer service should reflect that.
