Second time in last five orders UPS has failed to deliver the entire order. UPS phone system is devised to be of minimal use for losses/breakages so I am none the wiser as to the whereabouts of a missing case. They text you to confirm what they have delivered which I already know. Expect it’s another breakage and awaiting a call back which I probably won’t get.

I placed an order nr 2020-015502 on 17.03.2020. I received it on 25.03.2020. The parcel was intact. The problem is that 1 bottle of wine was missing: there was only 5 bottles Alma de Luzon instead of 6 which I had ordered. Good response from the shop. Money for the missing bottle refunded.

The delivery of one was scheduled one day after the other component. It was then marked as incorrect address for 3 days before finally arriving 5 days after schedule. The outer packaging was damaged in transit, but the goods are well packed and look perfect. They may get a 5th star after drinking.

Unfortunately the delivery company which Vinissimus used attempted delivery to the wrong address despite being given the correct address. (I had a notification of this attempt) Frustratingly, I was unable to contact DPD and was also unable to get an answer by phone or a reply by email from Vinissimus. However, the package arrived today, unannounced, and I am very happy with the contents

UPS let you down. DPD however got the job done. I would suggest you don’t use UPS for delivery. I know you leave that decision to your freight agent but advise them please.

Im not satisfied. Once again I've been duped into buying half bottles when I thought I was getting standard 750ml bottles. Very annoying that this is not more clearly marked to avoid confusion. I thought the price was good, and now it turns out it was extortionately bad. I won't be buying from you again.

We have purchased wine from you for some time and have usually been satisfied with your service. However the service given with our last order was very poor and consequently cost us money. We will in future consider our decisions whether to continue to buy from Vinissimus.

You should stop using this delivery service. The driver was rude. He refused to deliver the case of wine to my door even though I have an elevator. He threatened to leave if I did not come down to the street to pick it up myself. I already reported him to the delivery company.

Delivery and ordering was great. The email sent with the delivery tracking link... the link did not work. Had to go into the website and use the link from within my order to see what was happening with that. One bottle tastes awful. I’m not sure if it is meant to taste like sherry/ cinzano but it was so bad I spat out the first sip. The cork broke and the wine was very yellow.

I have so far only received half of the order. One case delivered 14th, the second case is still being shown as 'in transit'. Efforts to contact UPS are futile. Their public facing system is entirely automated and it is impossible to speak to a person. Very poor service. DPD, who you have used previously, have always been very good, and I would encourage you to uae them in future

Problem with delivery. Parcels left outside in rain. Parcels not left with neighbours or at a collection point. Boxes now wet and difficult to move as cardboard is soft. Vinissimus need to address poor courier sevice.

I ordered in English. First delivery information was garbled. I complained. Second delivery information was in Spanish. I complained. Some time went by before I got the English version. This has not happened before. Has your system changed.
