No I am definatly NOT satisfied. DPD delivery people broke the bottles, I have tried to contact you several times but no luck, PLEASE help. I have not received this and would love to have what I have paid for but really this is almost worth the trouble to get!

Thieves, took payment for a cancelled order then shipped half the order and won’t reply to messages Currently down €317.70 dealing with these robbers The response is complete lies if I could upload a photo I would show the order was cancelled within an hour and they didn’t reply for several days then refusing to cancel the order Liars and thieves

Sorry for the confusion, the first order was confirmed, cancelled and of course refunded, we don't keep the money in any case. The second order was confirmed and correctly delivered. We hope that you finally enjoy the products

we did not receive all the order yesterday as box 4 of 7 was missing/ UPS delivered another box today which only has 11 bottles of San Valentin inside. I have emailed your customer services just and sent some photos of the repackage

I have not received my order and am very unhappy with my enquiries, your delivery company are most unhelpful and so far I have paid nearly £80 for wine needed for Friday that has gone missing Despite cctv proving no delivery was even attempted

We have started a claim with the courier but if they can deliver the order in a couple of days, we will resend the bottles

The goods haven't arrived. UPS have delivered them to a UPS Access Point, about 1km away and have asked me to collect them. There are two cases in the order and I don't have a car. Do you / UPS expect me to pay for a taxi? I thought I had paid for home delivery. I've already informed your customer service. Obviously I can't rate the goods and overall customer service.
