Top notch service from start to finish! BBQs 2u offered advice before I purchased, helped with the best way to place the order through their website to get the best deal, and their communication throughout the process was fantastic. My Kamado Joe arrived at 9am on the promised delivery day, brilliantly packaged and all as expected - and they even threw in a free T-Shirt too! :) Can’t recommend them highly enough!

My husband loved the BBQ. Communication over delivery was quite poor, with the palette just turning up when we weren’t there, they were accommodating with delivery for another day x

Hello Sandra, I'm glad your husband is loving the new Kamado Joe. We sent multiple emails about the delivery, I asked you to check your spam/junk folder but I didn't get a response. So I suspect all the messages we sent about delivery times, tracking link etc went unread. If a mobile number is provided you will also receive SMS notifications.
