Customer unhappy that the Joe Junior heat deflector accessory didn't have a KJ logo on the product, hence the 1 star review! Customer making false accusations that we are selling fake goods and threatening trading standards - even though we're a valued KJ dealer and all of KJ goods come direct from them. We explained all this politely and we even asked KJ to talk to the customer directly and find out from their production team what the score is with logo, they managed to source one and sent it to the customer. We've responded to the customer every time in a very timely manner on multiple occasions, even over a weekend when on a family holiday. We offered a refund & requested the goods to be returned, no problem at all. (Even though these are genuine Kamado Joe products, supplied to us by KJ & nothing wrong with it). In the meantime we got in touch with Kamado Joe to see what's going on with their heat deflector as some seem to have logos on other's don't. The return collection was made from them ( at our expense) by Parcelforce but the customer deliberately returned an empty box to us! We have photos of this, despite this strange behaviour we're still happy to refund when goods are finally returned. BOGUS BUYER - making false accusations and threats, playing strange games. We've never experienced anything like this in all the years we've been trading, very strange and upsetting. Businesses beware of this person.
