I was blown away by puzzleYOU. I heard of the company through a 3rd party voucher scheme and thought I'd give it a go. The website was so easy to navigate - especially as I'm not very tech savvy. I was surprised how easy it was to upload a variety of photos so I could choose the best one for a jigsaw. I didn't really understand that I could add a title to the box, until a pop us asked me to confirm that I wanted to proceed without one. So, I added my favourite holiday photo together with the location and date as a title. It's the perfect keepsake as well as a fun way to rekindle those memories. I love it! The tracking data was updated regularly and the package arrived, as rescheduled, a few days before the original ETA, and only 2 days after placing the order. I will definitely use this company again.

The puzzle itself was great, good quality. It was a gift and it was well received. However, the delivery side was a bit disappointing. I ordered it because it said it would arrive on time for Xmas then didn’t arrive on the day it said it would and I didn’t get an indication of when it would be, luckily it turned up on Xmas eve but I found out these puzzles are coming from Germany, which would be fine under normal circumstances but because of the EU shipping delays the delivery could’ve always have been delayed yet there is no mention of this on the website.

Order arrived very quickly. Box looks excellent, but is a present so not opened it to see what the quality of the pieces are like. So 4 stars awarded only. The Experience and ease of ordering was very good and easy. If pieces are good then 5 stars would have been given, but that is unknown to me at present.

Tried to contact you an hour after placing order but too late to change from 1000 pieces to 500, I think you should give a little more time for any such contact. Still pleased with the jigsaw just concerned my granddaughter may not have enough patience.

The design process was easy online, I was kept in the loop in my emails and the product was delivered all in good time.
