I have used puzzle you before so didn't hesitate when I decided to use it again owing to the fact I was pleased with the service and the result of the jigsaws previously. If there was a problem this time it was because not being very technically minded and having a number of photos to arrange on my picture I couldn't turn the computer off to return to it later as I would lose what I had done, consequently i was on it on and off of it all day finishing at eight o'clock in the evening owing to the fact I couldn't return to it the next day If there is a way of turning the computer off without losing what I have done I would like to know please. I am 75 years of age and not of the younger generation and feel I could have done a better job of my creation if I could have returned to it the next day.

I have bought these puzzles every year for family and friends at Christmas. Even before the changed their name from myphotopuzzle. Whilst the quality has always been excellent, this year we had a slight issue with the cut of the pieces, it was as though once printed, the puzzle had been cut on an angle, so pieces in the top right corner were huge, and pieces in the bottom right corner were less than half thier normal size, and as such didn't fit together properly. Although this might sound like I'm giving negative feedback, in truth I really just want to make PuxzleYou aware of the issue. I have in fact had nearly 10 years of great products from them and would rate them highly.

Am happy with the quality of the pieces and the clarity of the picture. However, what has stopped me giving more stars is the fact that the picture is not square so have a dark border along the top and down one side which is disappointing.

Thank you for your comment, this is however not a border, but your carpet. You seem to have put a regular photo down on the carpet in order to make a digital photograph of it. After having uploaded this photograph to our ordering system, our preview showed that part of your carpet was on the puzzle. We are sorry that you nevertheless confirmed the order and did not ask us for advice. We offer the opportunity to design a puzzle entirely by yourself. Since we are not involved in the preparation of this design, we must place the responsibility for careful preparation on the customer. This is because the uploaded photos are sent directly to the printing machines as an immutable file.

Poor Communication

When i ordered the puzzle a confirmation e-mail did not materialise so I assumed that the order had not gone through. I tried again the next day and again received no confirmation e-mail. Within a few minutes, I then thought to check my credit card and found that payment had been taken for both orders. I immediately contacted Puzzle for You by e-mail on their contact address to cancel the latest orders and explain the situation. I never got any response whatsoever and both orders arrived. I now have 2 identical puzzles :(

After our customers service had answered to your e-mail, we received a message that our answer to you had been blocked by your mail server. We assume that this might have been the reason why our order confirmation did not reach you either. Our customer service will contact you to find a solution. In relation to the misunderstanding mentioned above, we would like to inform all readers here about the following: Once you have confirmed your order and the payment has gone through, you will automatically be taken to the so-called checkout page. On this page you will not only find all information about the order but also your order number. By clicking the order number you will be lead to your personal status page, where you may monitor the progress of your order. Order arrived several days later than expected so missed the birthday it was bought for. Used puzzleyou rather than another cheaper company as they stated it would arrive in time so disappointing. Product good when it arrived though.

In the meantime, you have been in contact with our service team. They have sent UPS your information where to hand over your parcel at the gated property. Nothing now stands in the way of a prompt delivery.

Each producer has its own formats, but there are generally three qualities of puzzles available on the market: 1. The so-called discounter puzzle with 1.5 mm thick pieces, 2. The standard puzzle with 1.9 mm thick pieces and 3. The premium puzzle with 2.2 mm thick pieces. Thanks to in-house production, we may offer premium puzzles with 2.2 mm thick puzzle pieces. Thicker pieces do not exist in classic cardboard puzzles. Since, unlike most reviews here, you claim that our puzzle pieces are thin and flimsy, we are concerned that something may have gone wrong in production. Please feel free to send us a photo of your puzzle so that we may verify if this is the case and then arrange for replacement.

This item was supposed to arrive 10 days ago. It still hasn’t arrived. It was a birthday present. So the birthday present is ruined.

We apologize for the delay and we understand that you must be worried, but If an order is not delivered on the specified date, it is recommended to contact customer service rather than to wait almost two weeks and then give a poor rating for a delay for which the producer is not to blame. Only if we get to know that a shipment has not arrived may our customer service initiate the courier to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel. We will contact UPS and make sure you receive your order.

Since photos are rectangular and the game cards square, part of the photo must always be cut off. To avoid misunderstandings, it is intended that the customer decides which part of the photo will be visible on the cards. To achieve this, we show a preview with all the cards, where with a simple double-click on each card one may edit the photo and put the people in the centre. We are sorry that you seem to have overlooked the advice to adjust the images.
