I was blown away by puzzleYOU. I heard of the company through a 3rd party voucher scheme and thought I'd give it a go. The website was so easy to navigate - especially as I'm not very tech savvy. I was surprised how easy it was to upload a variety of photos so I could choose the best one for a jigsaw. I didn't really understand that I could add a title to the box, until a pop us asked me to confirm that I wanted to proceed without one. So, I added my favourite holiday photo together with the location and date as a title. It's the perfect keepsake as well as a fun way to rekindle those memories. I love it! The tracking data was updated regularly and the package arrived, as rescheduled, a few days before the original ETA, and only 2 days after placing the order. I will definitely use this company again.

The puzzle itself was great, good quality. It was a gift and it was well received. However, the delivery side was a bit disappointing. I ordered it because it said it would arrive on time for Xmas then didn’t arrive on the day it said it would and I didn’t get an indication of when it would be, luckily it turned up on Xmas eve but I found out these puzzles are coming from Germany, which would be fine under normal circumstances but because of the EU shipping delays the delivery could’ve always have been delayed yet there is no mention of this on the website.

After we have given so much effort to send your photo puzzle already the next day, it is as disappointing for us to see that the courier did not keep the promise and delivered with a delay as an exception to the rule. we hope that, although the gift came too late, grandma is nevertheless very happy with her beautiful puzzle, which we have produced so carefully and competently.

The box looks good,puzzle quality no bed,but they don't print the photo inside om a4 paper or on the box anyway they can put small picture on paper imside box..how make puzzle if you don't know what is inside..now need go to make picture and put inside box..

Due to the large range of puzzle boxes, we have divided our puzzle boxes into 4 categories: 1. Classic boxes 2. Boxes without any example 3. Birthday boxes 4. Theme boxes You have selected a puzzle box from category 2. These puzzle boxes are actually meant for customers, who want the puzzle to remain a surprise until it is completed. These customers use their photo puzzle e.g. for occasions like a marriage proposal or to announce pregnancy. It would be inappropriate to make the surprise fail by putting a picture in the box. That is why we have given this box category a name that speaks for itself.

We understand your disappointment about the late delivery, but when a parcel has left our production facility and seems to have been delayed en route, our customer service team can do no more than contact the courier and ask for this to be resolved quickly.

The product itself I have had no issue with; however the product was l delivered 8 days later than whe originally stated and was actually later in the end than the occasion it was bought for.

As we are used to our parcels being delivered on the third working day at the latest, we were just as disappointed to see that something seems to have gone seriously wrong at UPS, resulting in this very unusual delay. It is a pity that you seem to have overseen in the order confirmation that your address was not entered correctly and the street name and house number were missing. UPS simply had no way to deliver the parcel. In the meantime, they have received the correction of the address details and will deliver your parcel soon.

My item was sent by UPS who could not find entry to my building. I have provided my telephone number when ordering the item (puzzle). I Was made to wait at home for two days and the delivery was kept being rescheduled without explanation. If my number was given to UPS, the item would arrive on time for my nephews birthday. Request a refund - no reply.

We were a bit disappointed that the colours weren't a bit brighter and a lot of detail in the trees wasn't there as was in the original photo. The photo was accepted as suitable when I made the order. It was all a lot darker than it should have been.

The colours on the puzzle pieces would have been much brighter if the photo had not been taken against the sun. If the sun shines on your face instead of your back, the sun serves as the most natural possible exposure source and all the colours can be picked up by the camera in much more detail.

My puzzle never turned up so I can’t comment on the quality of the product but the experience was deeply let down by the courier. My quite personal valentines photo has been delivered to a stranger. The online contact form used to report problems with orders didn’t work. The contract phone number simply said it was too busy and cut me off. The best part of the experience was getting a timely refund.

You informed us about the parcel not being on your porch, as stated in the UPS track & trace, at 02:20 pm and at 03:55 pm we responded to your e-mail by telling you that we will let the courier start an investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel. We therefore assume that by the poor contact options mentioned you mean those of UPS. We are sorry that things went wrong in the last few metres and UPS did not help you. As a rule, such a parcel is then returned to us after some time, but as this cannot save your Valentine's surprise anymore, we have met you as best we can.

In the meantime, our customer service has contacted UPS and initiated an investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel. According to the delivery confirmation, the parcel was accepted by one of your neighbours, so we assume that you will soon have your photo puzzle in hand. Should the exceptional case arise where a parcel does not turn up, we will of course provide a replacement.

I assumed a 1000 piece puzzle would be normal size pieces, unfortunately these are so small I doubt my son and his family will do it, very dissatisfied, I didn’t read anywhere the pieces were extra small. Should definitely be stated on the page, buyers beware of the size of the pieces.

In the navigation at the top of the website you will find the term "Photo Puzzle". When you go to it, a tab opens where all formats of photo puzzles are shown. By clicking on, for example, "Photo puzzle with 1000 pieces", you will be taken to the product page, where you will find all the details about the 1000 piece photo puzzle, including the size of the pieces. The size of 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles is not standardised, but as the difference of the whole jigsaw puzzle compared to those of other producers is at most a few cm, the pieces of a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle are generally identical in terms of their circumference. Compared to the 48, 100 and 200 piece puzzles that are intended for children, the pieces of a 1000 piece puzzle are of course quite small. Despite or rather because of this, our 1000 piece photo puzzle has been the most chosen photo puzzle for already more than 10 years

If any of the pieces of your photo puzzle are missing, please contact our customer service team, ideally by sending a photo of the jigsaw puzzle put so far to service@myphotopuzzle.co.uk. They will provide a replacement without ifs and buts.

Cannot fault the company for their swift reaction to issues. A replacement was quickly organised as soon as they realised my frame had arrived with broken glass. A refund was also quickly made when a second frame arrived more smashed up than the first. The low star rating is based purely on the inability of the courier they choose to use being able to carefully deliver their breakable products.

I ordered a personalised jigsaw puzzle and its got pieces from another jigsaw puzzle in with it and my one has lots of pieces missing from it. Now it's too late to get a replacement or my money back

Colour replication of photo on jigsaw was much darker than expected. Makes jigsaw much more difficult for recipient who has sight problems.

If you had asked us before ordering if the photo was all right, we would have examined the photo and informed you that it is quite underexposed. We then would have returned an edited version of the photo and you would have been able to place the order with a considerably brighter photo. We are sorry that you seem to have been of the opinion that your photo was sufficiently exposed.
