I wanted a puzzle made from a series of photo's. The whole process was very easy to follow. There were many opportunities to check that the uploaded pictures were good enough to use and that the whole effect worked. Once the order was placed the communication was first class and when the puzzle arrived it was perfect. Overall an easy, simple process at a reasonable price. 100/100

ups took some time to deliver because they didnt give an old lady time to answer the door and so the puzzle went back to the depot a few times... i would have offered alternative instructions at the time of ordering but, from memory, i dont think i was given that option. fantastic great 1000 good product buy one

UPS delivery was poor - delivered to local drop off point rather than my house saying I was out. However, can't let that detract from what was a slick, efficient online service. Only reason I've not given 5 for the product is that the puzzle's yet to be done so can't confirm it's as I ordered it Would certainly use company again though.

I have had two previous puzzles which were fabulous, they are on my wall and have been very much admired - however - when the third one arrived it had one grandchild missing When I spoke to an advisor I was told they had cut him off because the photo was too long for their machine How can this be acceptable ?? No refund because I’d paid through PayPal

We do of course not deliberately cut off family members, it is technically just not possible to adapt a photo that is wider than the 4:3 aspect ratio of a puzzle. In order to avoid persons or important objects being cut off, we show a preview with all cutting lines directly after the upload. We are very sorry that you must have overseen this.
