Trade furniture – what a fantastic company. From start to finish. Their website is full of excellent sustainable furniture. I recently bought a cube table – mango and it was delivered within 5 days from order. Not only that, the delivery man, Steve Halligan was absolutely brilliant. He was polite, respectful, and helpful, an excellent agent for the company.
I then decided to buy the leather roll back chairs later on, rather than at the same time as I wanted to colour match the table first. Wow. The gorgeous, comfortable, antique brown leather chairs arrived, fully assembled, super quality. I would definitely recommend this company. Everything was labelled with the fire precaution signs, bubble wrapped on arrival.
Just perfect. The company itself, if you have any questions, are always willing to answer and respond very quickly.

The website that I ordered the furniture from gave a delivery date which was one week. We paid the delivery charge and the transaction went through.
The next day we were informed the goods were out of stock. We offered other goods that we did not want.
We are waiting for the shipment to arrive from India. We should have been informed before the order went through that the goods were out of stock.

Very professional service and quality furniture
From an initial quick phone call to Trade Furniture Company to check availability and price, to ordering online, to payment and then email confirmations that followed, and then on to delivery date and time confirmation (that was correct almost to the minute!), it is hard to fault the service. The quality of the furniture was outstanding, and when I reported a minor fault, I was offered a choice of refund and return (including delivery cost), exchange for a similar item, or a partial refund, which I accepted.
Overall, very pleased with our purchases. Would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I was offered a delivery date and time where the time did not suit me I responded and within 30 minutes a lovely guy called me to advise he had rearranged some other deliveries so would a different time on the same day be OK.so pleased with my furniture delivery was also 10 minutes early . Absolutely love my order . Will definitely recommend and purchase from again in the future

Beautiful high quality furniture
Furniture beautiful, always well packaged for safe delivery. Ordering on the website and tracking problem free and delivery is always prompt. Friendly and helpful delivery guy. As mentioned following previous orders where this drops a star is that the company is not licensed to take furniture to an upstairs room which if you live on your own or are elderly or disabled this may be problematic. The other reason I couldn't justify giving 5 stars is that the unwrap service is not value for money and I wouldn't recommend it as it's a 2 man job for anything big so you end up assisting the delivery man and you're not licenced to take away the packaging which would be the greatest value for this service when purchasing a number of large items. Other than that I would highly recommend based on quality of products.

Thank you for your feedback which is greatly valued. In order to keep delivery costs as low as possible for our customers we offer a standard maximum delivery charge of just £19.95 which means that we operate each run at a loss hence not being possible to operate a 2 man delivery service without increasing the delivery charge by a significant amount. As most customers prefer a lower delivery charge we only offer a single man delivery service though I do understand this can be problematic due to the weight of the solid wood furniture, as we offer a 2-3 hour delivery window this gives our customers the chance to arrange for help to be on hand if required and our drivers can assist in getting items upstairs if there is adequate help and we are aware in advance so we can allocate additional delivery time. Our packaging can be flattened and disposed of in household recycling bins as we use recyclable packaging. I am glad you are happy with the furniture and we do constantly evaluate our service and cost to try to get the best possible balance between service and cost.

Beautiful light mango wood furniture
Beautiful wood furniture. I wasn't sure what colour furniture I wanted and it turns out I'd ordered the wrong one! Trade furniture were just brilliant organising the exchange. I absolutely love the light mango. It's sealed and smooth with a slight shine, and the grain and undertones are gorgeous. It's more expensive than some ranges I've seen, and I can honestly say it's worth saving for.

The unit I purchased is beautiful, excellent quality. I didn't wait long for delivery, which came within timeslot I chose the day before. Delivery driver bròught it to my choice of room. He was very helpful and polite. I would definitely and highly recommend this company

I am so happy with my gorgeous ltable. I love it. The delivery guy was excellent very helpful & friendly. Only problem one of the legs the big bolt won't go through. I hope to find someone who can help me drill through hole in leg. To be able to get screw through.
