Product as I expected

I entered the shop , asked the sales assistant for help, I was told to wait , another assistant was serving another customer , I took a seat and waited .. for approx 15 minutes , then the assistant that was serving the other customer finished and asked me if she could help , I asked her my question .. by this time the other assistant had stopped what she was doing and said , sorry I wasn’t ignoring you but I had to reply to these personal emails , you know , the ones that are important but you forget about.. REALLY,, I thought that customers came first , obviously not in this case , I thought that your break time was an appropriate time to send and reply to personal stuff not your working day when you have customers to serve , There was no customer service by that assistant in that shop , if I hadn’t of wanted the particular boots that I purchased I most certainly would of walked out and that would have been a list sale, which in the current climate no store can really afford..

Soul Trader are great, SoulX not so much. Would not recommend signing up to it. 2 orders supposed to be next day delivery didn't turn up for 3+ days. SoulX were just rude when I complained. Tried telling me my postcode was on their list of ones that don't receive next day delivery, it wasn't. Then tried saying I didn't sign up for next day delivery, I did, it's on my invoice. And now they've not even bothered to reply to my last message to them. Still waiting for them to cancel my membership because I'll never use them again. Customer is always right? Not if you're SoulX apparently.

I ordered boots for new year and paid extra to get them delivered on time. but they never arrived before new year. soletrader did refund the postage, but it was annoying not to have the boots delivered on time. When they were delivered i had ordered size 6 which normally is a 39 and they arrived and were 40. So too big and had to pay to return them. The european sizing equivalent was not evident easily for me to see when ordering, had i known they were size 40 i would never had asked for that size.

Bad customer service

Extremely over priced compared to everyone else. We had promised our daughter the uggs she has wanted for a long time and sadly soletrader were the only store to have them available in here size but at £45 more than anywhere else was ridiculous we won’t be going back

Very slow delivery even though shop said next working days but wait for 3 days

Easy to order, choice of delivery but I feel quite expensive so a good value product once postage and then return fee as ordered wrong size, even though I’m sure I touched the right size cost me £6 so not good value, by the time I ordered correct size postage x 2, return fee x1 my £19 value cost me £28. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again when so many places offer free postage and returns.

Shoes were great, delivery time as expected. Shame about the delivery company, I know this is out of Sole Trader's control but DPD didn't follow my instructions and just left my parcel in the lobby where parcels are regularly stolen. But hopefully companies that use will put pressure on delivery companies to follow instructions.

Easy to order from the website but dispatch and delivery information was non existent. After receiving the order confirmation all went quiet for a good couple of days. The shoes got delivered and then afterwards received an email to say they’d been dispatched.

The sales assistant was very helpful and patient, had good knowledge about the product. Keep up the good job, not many stores around with good service. PS, The MK bags nice, however too expensive ! 🙂 Thank you.

Staff were excellent, availability of sizes was good. Unfortunately only 4 stars cos the exact pair I wanted wasn’t in stock. Otherwise brilliant experience. Will definitely be back.

Good price, free delivery in UK but expensive to outlying areas like Northern Ireland, for no clear rationale other than that it is an easy revenue stream

Shop is well laid out, staff are helpful. Online items showing out of stock, I visited the Chester shop hoping they would be in store, but they weren’t

Unfortunately the delivery was later than I expected but sole trader was very responsive and agreed to a quick refund when I wished toncancel my order

Great shop always has everything in and in a great range of sizes but do wish they’d use Evri instead of DPD to deliver

Great shoes sadly tarnished by poor packaging and damaged box. Need to pay more attention to packaging.
