I made the purchase late on the Wednesday evening, paid the additional costs for next day delivery which said I would receive the plates for Friday, I received these plates on Tuesday 5 days late. I emailed on the Friday to the automated service address and was emailed saying one of the team would be in touch within 24 hours, still waiting on the feedback as requested the delivery charge returned back to me.

Purely down to delivery. Product fab although had to re order due to a slight bend. Why would you leave outside an office on a Friday night after 5 when the roller shutter is locked.

Courier claims to have lost the plate. Nobody to talk to at the supplier (no phone number provided) just invited to send e mail to automated mailbox). Yet to receive reply.

It wasn’t until after the plates have been paid for and delivered that you find out you mustn't make holes through the “gel” to fix the plates to the car. Bit late now!

Sticky pads did not come with plates as per order. Tried to make contact via email but no reply. Should have gone to Halfords.

The plates were not UK Legal. I had to purchase new plates from Halfords. I contacted PFC but did not get a response.

Package arrived with one damaged plate and basically told they not doing anything about it!

Ordered 4D, got acrylic, they blamed it on me and offered no resolution whatsoever

Got the plates but the fittings were missing. They wouldn’t send the fittings and just refunded me £2. There is no number to call to speak to anyone just email

Sent me the wrong plates. Then offered no compensation for the error.

Delivery took 3 days paid for 2 days.

After placing order i noticed that since i placed the order on Monday I qualified for 5% discount, I sent an email right away to customer services, received an acknowledgement but nothing else, and stilled billed at the full cost no 5% discount. ?

Poor customer service never respond to emails, I was told that they dont do refund for postage, I paid £17.50 for next day 5 days later I’ve still not received my plates. So I asked for my poastage back and I was told NO. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. plates turned up 8 days after purchase. Even though I paid for next day at a very expensive price never got a refund for the delivery Plates also wrong. Email company and never had a response. Avoid this company

The number plates were damaged when they arrived, one was completely broken in two and the other was badly cracked. I have made contact with platesforcars twice but I’ve had no response
