Extremely pleased with the strap that I ordered from you. It is a genuine, high quality exact replacement for the original. My watch now looks and feels like it was the first day I bought it. Your initial communications were very good confirming order and being dispatched on the same day. You then notified me that it was with Customs soon afterwards. However, it was over a week later before I heard anything, the delivery agent in the UK confirming that they had received it. Their delivery process was communicated frequently and delivered on time. I was becoming concerned during the long gap that occurred. I feel that if I had been advised that the Customs to UK delivery agent could take 7 - 10 days my concerns would have been avoided. That being said, I would have no problem ordering from Watch.co.uk again and highly recommended them to others wanting excellent products.

Can you please help me with any information regarding my order from watch.co.uk?
I received an item (watch) returned it but it seems to get stuck somewhere between me and seller.
Return sent over a month ago with shipping/tracking number LO208212284GB
When contacted PayPal they couldn't do anything because apparently watch.co.uk can't issue refund after certain time has passed (disregarding fact that item was stuck with haulier for over a month) and at this moment in time I have neither watch nor money.
Just ordered two zone watch . Took so long as it came from Nederland.arrived but not moving just dead. So will be sending it back for refund as it’s no good and have a trip abroad.I’m sorry for above rating .

easy to order fast delivery only marked down as quality of strap is poor the small strap retainer was broken on arrival but to return it was going to be a hassle so using it without it

Get rid of evri/Hermes they are awful make returns easier too complicated requiring printers that most people don’t have. Pre printed return labels would be a lot more useful

When the customer reports a delay, we always have to get in touch with the courier to check what is happening and to ask for more information about the issue.
We see that the order was delivered 2 days after the estimated delivery date, we apologize for the delay.
We always try to avoid these issues, but sometimes it can happen that, for different reasons, a package can be slightly delayed. People working with the courier company are humans, after all :)
