Extremely pleased with the strap that I ordered from you. It is a genuine, high quality exact replacement for the original. My watch now looks and feels like it was the first day I bought it. Your initial communications were very good confirming order and being dispatched on the same day. You then notified me that it was with Customs soon afterwards. However, it was over a week later before I heard anything, the delivery agent in the UK confirming that they had received it. Their delivery process was communicated frequently and delivered on time. I was becoming concerned during the long gap that occurred. I feel that if I had been advised that the Customs to UK delivery agent could take 7 - 10 days my concerns would have been avoided. That being said, I would have no problem ordering from Watch.co.uk again and highly recommended them to others wanting excellent products.

Hi, Can you please help me with any information regarding my order from watch.co.uk? I received an item (watch) returned it but it seems to get stuck somewhere between me and seller. Return sent over a month ago with shipping/tracking number LO208212284GB When contacted PayPal they couldn't do anything because apparently watch.co.uk can't issue refund after certain time has passed (disregarding fact that item was stuck with haulier for over a month) and at this moment in time I have neither watch nor money.

Watch.co.uk totally lied to me!

Let down by Watch.co.uk this time. I’ve ordered many times before and have always been delighted by their service. Until now. Despite ordering in time and being assured of next day delivery, it took 48 rather than 24hrs to arrive. I queried the delay and was told that all watches are inspected before dispatch and that mine took a little longer than usual. As it happens, I’d ordered a bracelet for a watch, not the watch itself so their reply was utter bs! Really, really disappointing.

Indeed you have ordered a strap, but it was a 500€ strap, so it's also carefully verified before shipping, to make sure everything is in perfect conditions. Unfortunately we had a staff shortage that day, that caused a delay in the verification and ulterior shipping, casing it to miss the DHL carrier the same day. I have taken a while to get back to you as I have been very busy. I love the strap for my Hugo Boss watch and even had it professionally fitted. But on the very first wearing one of the loops broke. I had to have it repaired. The strap was expensive so I was very dissapointed.

The watch strap is very good..but

The watch strap is very good. The delivery time was long. I purchased a strap for my TW Steel watch at the same time and from the same country on Sunday 9th July. TW was free delivery and included the tool to replace the strap. The strap from TW was delivered on Tuesday the 11th. However the strap from Watch.co.uk cost me £5.70 delivery and the tool £1.73. The strap was delivered on the 17th, therfore doubtful I would buy from Watch.co.uk again.

Parcel could have been lost

The watches are lovely, well packaged, but we almost did not receive them. Such a high value item should have been sent signed for? The courier had the wrong address, and they dropped it off at some flats across the road, we had to contact the building manager who fortunately recognised the post boxes on the photo, and we could go retrieve the parcel.

They quoted unrealistic delivery times then didn't deliver or communicate. Thought there were a scam. They did eventually communicate an then did deliver the correct order by DHL and I am very happy. But they created unnecessary stress due to lack of communication and long delivery delay.

Delivery took longer than predicted. Paid for 3-5 days, took 7. Came from the Netherlands. Not sure the strap is genuine Victorinox, it has the logo on the fastener, but previous ones said they were genuine on the inside of the strap, but it’s leather, looks ok and does the job.

Seiko notified me to let me know the style of strap was not available in their stock. What looked identical at Watch.co.uk is very slightly different, metal clasp not the same and is wider in comparison. It was a bit tricky to fit (using the correct tool) but fits; with patience.
