Extremely pleased with the strap that I ordered from you. It is a genuine, high quality exact replacement for the original. My watch now looks and feels like it was the first day I bought it. Your initial communications were very good confirming order and being dispatched on the same day. You then notified me that it was with Customs soon afterwards. However, it was over a week later before I heard anything, the delivery agent in the UK confirming that they had received it. Their delivery process was communicated frequently and delivered on time. I was becoming concerned during the long gap that occurred. I feel that if I had been advised that the Customs to UK delivery agent could take 7 - 10 days my concerns would have been avoided. That being said, I would have no problem ordering from Watch.co.uk again and highly recommended them to others wanting excellent products.

Can you please help me with any information regarding my order from watch.co.uk?
I received an item (watch) returned it but it seems to get stuck somewhere between me and seller.
Return sent over a month ago with shipping/tracking number LO208212284GB
When contacted PayPal they couldn't do anything because apparently watch.co.uk can't issue refund after certain time has passed (disregarding fact that item was stuck with haulier for over a month) and at this moment in time I have neither watch nor money.

Watch.co.uk totally lied to me!
Let down by Watch.co.uk this time. I’ve ordered many times before and have always been delighted by their service. Until now. Despite ordering in time and being assured of next day delivery, it took 48 rather than 24hrs to arrive.
I queried the delay and was told that all watches are inspected before dispatch and that mine took a little longer than usual.
As it happens, I’d ordered a bracelet for a watch, not the watch itself so their reply was utter bs! Really, really disappointing.

Indeed you have ordered a strap, but it was a 500€ strap, so it's also carefully verified before shipping, to make sure everything is in perfect conditions. Unfortunately we had a staff shortage that day, that caused a delay in the verification and ulterior shipping, casing it to miss the DHL carrier the same day.
We truly do apologize for the situation, and especially you feel lied to due to an error in typing, but we can assure you we always do our best to ensure you receive your articles in perfect conditions, as you have experienced before.

019527 Ice-Watch Silicone ICE Glam Brushed Watch, 34mm. I have small wrist (14.5cm) and this is just perfect.
Very happy with the watch:) This is my second Ice-Watch. It’s so light and comfortable to wear with smooth touch of silicone material. I tried to buy one from Ice-Watch official website however it somehow couldn’t be delivered to the UK so I bought it from official dealer watch.co.uk (in fact cheaper and more choices!). Everything went smoothly with speedy delivery. You get 2 yr manufacturer warranty plus one yr extended warranty from them as well. Will buy from them again.

The experience with Watch.co.uk was satisfactory, The only bad experience was with EVRI ,I was not at home for delivery so I put a note for the courier requesting to leave parcel IN the small Black bin ,what did he do ,He left the parcel BYE THE SIDE of the bin ,for anyone could see ,he just as well left it on the step ,This is over the years the only time I've had to complain about EVRI ,Hermes ,the problem is I'm going to purchase another watch soon ,Can I trust them? 1946.ajohn@gmail.com NP4 0NR

Very satisfied customer here. I was glad that watch.co.uk stocked the limited edition Hello Kitty 50th anniversary Casio Baby-G since nowhere else online was quoting a reasonable price. Although the product was coming from the Netherlands, it still arrived four days before the expected delivery date via EvRi so I was pleasantly surprised. Packaged well and the watch had already been set to the time & location. I would definitely encourage more people to buy from this website!
