Excellent service. I needed a quick turn around for some seeds for my mum's funeral and despite Christmas postal chaos the seeds were sent out quickly and the guests thought they were really lovely. I'm really grateful for the kind communication and rapid service.

Still waiting for my second order to arrive I left a note asking for my orders to be posted together and that was ignored. I tried to telephone repeatedly to ask for my orders to be posted together and the phone was never answered

Hi Vicky, it is sad when people leave us a bad review without contacting us first to give us the chance to sort. We had no idea your order hadn't arrived, if we had known we would have done everything we could to sort. Your order was sent on 7 December, 11 days ago. There have been all sorts of issues with Royal Mail deliveries, plus the Christmas rush, so, in theory, your order could still arrive. We are a small business and negative reviews can be damaging when we are unaware of any issue. If you could email us we will get your order redone and sent again. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we will refund. Thank you.

Hello Joy, I am sorry you felt the need to leave such a negative review before giving us the chance to sort. I have checked your order and can see the 2nd one was sent on 7 July - you should have received an automated email confirming that, it may have gone to your junk? Your request for the orders to be posted together was not ignored, the first order was packed before seeing the note on the 2nd one when we got to that order. I apologise for the phone not being answered, it is always answered if someone is in the office - we have had a number of occasions when the office has had to, unfortunately, be closed recently for a few hours at a time so it may be you phoned during those times. If your calls had been followed up with an email we could have then resolved your problem as we were unaware that your order had not arrived yet but I appreciate that some people prefer to call rather than email. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and as we are only a small business, negative reviews when we haven't been given the chance to sort can be impactful. Please do get in touch by email if you wish your second order to be resent or if you would prefer a refund - unfortunately, the office is closed most of this coming week due to staff leave but emails are always responded to the same day during office hours (I appreciate contact by email may not be ideal for you as the phone calls are part of your complaint and now we are exacerbating that by saying we may not be able to answer your call!) But I thank you for ordering from us, and I am so sorry you are not happy but hopefully we can now sort for you either by resending your order or refunding.
