Good products at fair prices and by and large they stock all the accessory equipment you're likely to need for your pumping application. It would be further helpful if the company defined clean, grey, dirty water in terms of respective frequency distribution of particle sizes per unit volume and quoted the tolerance of different types of pumps to particle sizes. For example, state whether a clean water pump will tolerate particle sizes of say 100 microns or more. In this connection the provision of a suitable range of hose filters would project the company to the "top of the tree."

1). Don’t state on your website to prospective purchasers you have an item in stock when you DONT! 2) Don’t tell customers via your customer service that an item will be dispatched today & delivered tomorrow when it clearly won’t as you don’t physically have it in stock! 3) ordered six days ago & still no delivery, no tracking information, no indication of being dispatched & told again by customer service on the phone it will be with you tomorrow. Only order if you are not in a hurry to receive the item. No good if you are an engineer with a client who has no water supply for six days so far.

Do not buy from this company

Bought a water pump from these cowboys, still not received it , they don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to emails, worst customer service I’ve ever known, had to buy another pump from a decent company to do the job, not been reimbursed for pump yet , would have given 0 star review if possible

Not happy at all a week after paying for a water pump still no pump to get told address was wrong jog on that's a poor excuse promoting 1to 2 days delivery yeh tight a week to get a answer and for phone lines get someone to answer them as all week trying to get answers and not even once an answer all in all I will never buy or recommend them to anyone

Great delivery, poor customer service.

Bought a pump that was supplied with a European plug adaptor but not wired. Queried this and was told they don’t come wires. Pump does not actually meet the requirements I have so want to send it back. Their returns process is slow, I’m wondering if they in fact are trying to frustrate that process. On the plus side, delivery was excellent.
