Fast dispatch and delivery. Only let down for me was the quality of the item, the case itself was fine but I just felt the personalised element wasn’t as good as it good have been. Maybe it was my error but from the picture of how it could have looked like and the end result for me didn’t match brilliantly you can see a clear edge where’s it’s been stuck down and I felt it could have covered the rest of the case itself.

Ordered a phone case that was supposed to be ready in 3 days. Very expensive with postage, but thought it would be quick service. Then contacted after 3 days to say it was delayed two weeks. Tried to cancel but no response to my emails. Tried cancelling online but it said it couldn’t be cancelled even though they said there is a production delay! Now had another email to say it is delayed again. I don’t want it anymore as it has been nearly four weeks. Impossible to contact anyone and no concept of service. Avoid and go somewhere else like Funky Pigeon - they are much cheaper too.

Poor! No stars if possible

I ordered and took a long time to choose photos. Paid quite a lot around £38, got confirmation, then message that my order would be delayed for nearly 5 weeks. When I queried this, they said the I pad case size I needed was out of stock. Shouldn’t have taken my order and money then! Cancelled my order, refund came quite quickly. Went to Etsy, ordered what I wanted £14.99 and arrived in 4 days!

Disappointed.

The wallet case is acceptable, however it has a very strong artificial plastic like odour. The two plastic cases I ordered are terrible quality and extremely brittle. I wouldn’t purchase from here again.

Sent the wrong case.

I ordered a phone case with a picture I uploaded to their website. The case arrived, it was the correct image on the wrong case. I emailed them and it took a week of emails going back and forth before I could make them understand what they had done wrong. When they finally grasped that they had printed my image on a case that was not for my phone they graciously said: "Since we only want happy customers, we have decided to send a new order completely free of charge." Wasn't that good of them !

Will never use again

Delivery took an exceptionally long time, and eventhough u paid for fast delivery it took over two qeeks! Ther was no way to contact an actual person or talk to anyone. Then I did get one response telling me my postage would be repaid and this still hasn’t happened. The date it was brought for as a gift was missed and the company don’t seem to hold any interest in your complains or queries at all. I need to order two more cases but will never use again.

Uploaded my image, was all good and paid, then got email saying there was no image and here is a parital refund to buy again (not full refund). when through paypal for refund as no contact was easy on their website. Got an email saying it was shipped from customer services....then enquired and they said no it has been cancelled. Worst experience ever! got money back through paypal but would never recommened ever!!!

I ordered a silicone phone case as a gift. The order didn't go thru despite the money been debited from my account. I recieved multiple reminder emails that the order wasn't fulfilled so i reordered thinking that the order didnt go thru. i ended up paying twice and receiving the same item twice for an item.
