Very helpful staff pointed me in the right direction. I had used a DL leaflet template which was not quite the right dimensions. I then used the one on their website and resized my leaflet and it was then accepted. Very quick at printing, just got stuck at customs, taking 5 days to get to me!

I am very disappointed with my Saxoprint order and the standard of the finished product. The cutting of the flyer has left a white edge making the flyer look awful and not fit for use by me I'm afraid. When contacting Saxoprint they were very unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue and offered no support. Following a second email to them they didn't even bother to respond. I will never use this company again.

I am very disappointed with my flyer order quality and customer care

I am very disappointed with my Saxoprint order and the standard of the finished product. The cutting of the flyer has left a white edge making the flyer look awful and not fit for use by me I'm afraid. When contacting Saxoprint they were very unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue and offered no support. Following a second email to them they didn't even bother to respond. I will never use this company again.

I have to cancel this order because they keep giving different dimensions for the work. Even when I called and got directions from their staff it came back that I am using wrong dimensions. Then the staff himself could not understand and escalated it to their graphics department. There was no response in almost 24 hours and I had to cancel the order that was already overly delayed.

Print work is always good quality but...

Print work is always good quality and well-priced, but their deliveries are everywhere. Getting weekend deliveries, 6 am deliveries and 8 pm deliveries. These are not normal working hours - just deliver in a normal working day!

Don't use DPD anymore. Their service here is abdominal! Delivered at the wrong address and whatever we tried with your and other deliveries they can't get it right. No problems with other deliveries from different couriers.
