Awful experience. I simply wanted some basic forms printing which customers could complete with their contact details for Covid test and trace purposes. I am not a printing expert, but it felt that every time I did what one person told me to do, I received another email advising it may not be perfect and to do something else. I wasn't really bothered about perfection - I just wanted some quick forms to save me keep printing them myself at home.After many emails and a telephone conversation, I lost the will to proceed and gave up on the order. I advised Saxoprint of this and told them to just keep the money - I had a standard "we will be in touch shortly" email over a week ago, but nobody actually contacted me again.
