I’m a great fan of the kind of Lime Pickle I’ve eaten in Delhi and Indian rather than Pakistani or Bangladeshi restaurant since I first worked 60 years ago. For many years these disappeared being replaced by bits of lime in an excessively lumpy pickle spice sauce. I came across Mrs Fern’s Mild Lime Pickle around 12 years ago in a splendid Grocers run by a lovely Pakistani family about 150 miles from where I live and they don’t do mail order. I searched only and found Wilton Wholefoods offered that pickle and many more on very reasonable terms, been buying it and several others ever since. Their pricing is good, packing superb, delivery prompt and uses an effective courier, and it’s been a pleasure to do business with them. Even during the Covid 19 lockdowns and WFH they seemed to continue their excellent services.
I ordered JUMBO raisins and received very small ones. I contacted and he said poor harvest had been mentioned on line weeks ago. I ordered by going straight to my previous orders, so never saw that. I was disappointed this time. I was offered a refund, but said I would use them. A voucher for the future would have been good. Ah well...........................

Can't fault the product and customer service or timeliness of the orders but can fault the courier who did not deliver to our address but somewhere else. Someone dropped the goods off to us about a day later (neighbour from down the valley). Not particularly Wilton's fault but they were very good at responding to the non delivery when I phoned.
Excellent quality and highly efficient as usual.
Just a thought. If the bags the nuts come in were a little bit larger it would be easier to re-seal them with a clip after removing a small amount of the contents.

Lovely muesli, so please to have an unlimited supply...for now!
Yodel appalling, came a day earlier than tracking said. Didn't leave a card as said. Returned the next day saying a signature was needed. Cancelled arrangements, stayed in, no signature needed.
Not Wilton's fault but could be better.

One improvement Wilton could make would be to label clearly each of the outer boxes so it’s clear what is within as some people may store the goods for a time before opening.
I had to get the manifest from the email and write on each box using an indelible pen.

Everything about Wilton was first class. Yodel did not follow my instructions about delivery, which caused a lot of distress, although this was in fact, probably out of proportion to their actual failure. I shall definitely be ordering from Wilton again.
the delivey of my order as you can see is 1 star reason being my parcel was left on the front step in full sun!!!! I was in no bell rng or knock at door.

Fabulously quick service. All products arrived in good order. My only negative comment is the use of plastic "fillers" and plastic bags, but I accept there is little alternative. Good quality produce. Wish I had ordered more.

Everything was good except the amount of plastic in the packaging.
Surely crumpled paper or shredded paper would work just as well. The goods are already packed in thick plastic bags , isn’t there an alternative for this?

The goods, despatch and packaging were excellent. The courier used was not, it failed to deliver on the tracked day and there were no updates the following day. Had to get it resolved via a web chat with the courier.

Great service, the item I wanted was out of stock, so I left my email address, within a few days I had received an email saying it was back in stock, The delivery was ok but left on my door step while I was in.
Your products are fantastic quality, communication of order progression was great, despatched quickly.
I would have liked to award you 5 stars for delivery but Yodel Express let you down.
Shocked by the speed. Lovely belgian chocolate brazils. The customer service in the lead up to ordering was a bit sketchy re:advice on ingredients. The agent was a bit pedantic.

Excellent service with next day delivery. Products look good but not tried yet. Good prices except for basmati rice which is a tad more expensive than other sources.
As I am now a regular customer of Wilton Wholefoods I am running out of superlatives to rate my experience. They are just a very good company to deal with.

Previous order of Jumbo oats cooked and tasted like mornflakes . We won’t know how this batch is until we start to use it . Disappointed
Yodel are hopeless. Failed delivery then delivered to unknown place and no card left so out out in the rain all night! Please use DPD!

We offer a minimum of 2 couriers (presently Yodel and DPD). You can choose your favourite at the checkout.
