When we received this item it was well packaged and looked good, however after opening it was NOT air tight it was just wrapped in a plastic bag which is very disappointing. My disabled son has a very strict and clean eating diet and I'm worried it might have got something in there so I really will have to go though a whole 10kgs of almond flour to make sure nothing gets through. I will have to reconsider if I buy here again. 🥺

Thank you for your review I'm sorry you don't have your parcel. This is strange since I can see from the tracking that it was delivered to you on the 9th February. I can also see that the GPS of the delivery was correct and the photo shows the parcel next to a white wall. Would you mind checking your emails from the 9th and see if there's one that says "we have delivered your wilton wholefoods parcel"? There should be a link to the photograph too. I'm concerned that if the parcel has been left outside for 9 days, that it won't be much good now but it would still be good to know if you find it. The order itself was absolutely fine, but the delivery was abysmal The parcel was left halfway down a neighbours drive, if we had not seen the picture of the order on the I pad we would never have received the order. My husband aged 83 had to go out looking for it and Carry the box back to our house, Try a bit harder with your delivery team.

Thank you for your review I'm terribly sorry about this. DPD are usually excellent but on this occasion, they have let themselves (and me) down! I have already contacted my account manager and customer services as the driver has clearly not done his job correctly. How can I put this right? prune size

i have had a second delivery of dried prunes and i was very disappointed my first pack of prunes was very nice med large and moist the second was moist but like a large marble one thing is certain i wont be getting any more from you. iff you want to move the small ones why dont you mix the larger with the smaller ones

Thank you for your review I'm glad you found our products were fine but I'm a little disappointed that you have rated us 3/5 for using Evri. We give the customer the choice of delivery company to use, but most people go for Evri simply because they are so much cheaper than the others we list! You had the choice of Royal Mail @ £3.60, DPD @ £5.52 or Evri @ £2.67. We also show the couriers' logos on the website to make choosing that much easier. Your order was delivered on time and in good condition, so I'm unsure why the low rating. If you have something that needs addressing, please email shop@wiltonwholefoods.com so that we can look into it in more detail. I'm sorry you are unhappy with our service and I hope you will consider using us again in the future.

Aldi sell same quality and much cheaper

The quality of the dried prunes is exactly the same as the quality sold in the supermarket Aldi , although its price is much cheaper in Aldi and is sold in bags weighing half a kilo and not in quantities of ten kilos.

Security risk!

Purchase was great but the delivery was poor (DPD) I delayed and delayed ordering until the minimum delivery day was the day I returned from holiday. Unfortunately DPD delivered two days early so my very noticeable delivery was left on my doorstep (on a main road), unmoved for 48 hours.

Oh No! I'm so sorry - that's my packing ladies exceeding their daily quotas again... they take pride in despatching orders sooner than they are due! Should you be in this position in the future, there are two options open to you: 1. You can put a note on the order, asking for despatch on a particular day (or not delivered before xx/xx/xx) 2. You can click the link in the DPD/Evri email that allows you to postpone your delivery until a certain date. I hope that the oats were in perfect condition after being outside for a couple of days! Good to know that the boxes we use for the oats have a treatment that stops water from penetrating the box (it doesn't make them waterproof, but it stops condensation etc).

The nutrition on the 25k oats packaging was not what was advertised online. I emailed a representative who briskly fixed the issue yet could have updated the true figures at any other point...

Thanks for your review. I apologised to you in my reply. Nutritional content can be updated by manufacturers without notice and it's almost impossible to keep everything perfectly up to date - we're a small, family run company after all! I diligently updated the details promptly so that this wouldn't be an issue for anyone else. As a side note, the values that you complained about were only 1% different to those published on our website. This is well within the tolerance that nutritional values need to be in. I hope you enjoy the oats anyway :-)

Good seeds, more variety needed

Although the seeds are good there are too many sesame seeds. Perhaps you could add different varieties of seeds.

Hi. Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you are not happy with the amount of sesame seeds in our mixed seeds. There are actually fewer sesame seeds by weight than anything else. Is it that they have settled in transit so as to become more visible? ordered online, order cancelled as order was out of stock, but happened two days later by which time it was too late to order a replacement elsewhere. Very poor Edit: in response to reply, I was told the item was out of stock so told I could wait until it came back into stock or cancel. I cancelled and bought on amazon instead. I think this is a perfectly fair review considerin the inconvenience

I wrote twice on my order where the delivery should be safely left. It didn't get left there. I then opted to have it dropped somewhere where I could collect it, then discovered in the small print that it was too big. At present, I have no clue where it is.

I feel I ought to remind you that the estimated delivery date you were advised of at the time of ordering was Tuesday 18th April, so there's still a couple of days before the parcel is late :-) Looking at the tracking, the parcel is on the way to your local depot, so it should be with you Monday!
