ordered online, order cancelled as order was out of stock, but happened two days later by which time it was too late to order a replacement elsewhere. Very poor
Edit: in response to reply, I was told the item was out of stock so told I could wait until it came back into stock or cancel. I cancelled and bought on amazon instead. I think this is a perfectly fair review considerin the inconvenience

Epic customer service
I first met the Wilton team when I used buy from them at Salisbury market. They were always friendly and had a great choice of super quality products at a good price. I switched to shopping online 5 years ago and have had a delivery every 2/3 months since. Always the same fast delivery, no drama.
Last week I accidentally selected the wrong address at checkout and my parcel was delivered to my old house. Oops!
Dan went above and beyond the call of duty, dealing with the new house owner (who wasn’t very happy about the mistake!), arranging a Royal
Mail collection and re-delivery and keeping me up to date along the way.
So refreshing to receive 5 star service from an actual human. This genuine family business will get my order every time.

I love this shop, honestly the best!
How many times have you followed the link on social media to see overpriced food, even for bulk size? it's in bulk, so it should be more affordable than supermarkets, right? Otherwise, the situation is nuts! But not with Wilton wholefoods. They provide the highest quality for a reasonable cost.
Please stay this way, Wilton, never change!
The only thing I am left to desire is more dried pasta choice. However, even as it is, the variety is great.

I'm sorry, the bulk pasta is only available (to us) in the common shapes - fusilli and penne. That's why there's not a big selection...
With the Granoro dedicata range, there's a much bigger selection (and this pasta is all bronze-die formed, so tastes even better).

A very satisfied customer
I've purchased the products that Wilton Wholefoods sells previously on numerous occasions and I am always happy to return again when I need something. The products are always good quality and they are good value for money. The delivery costs are very reasonable and the products are well packaged. The delivery times are good too. I will be returning to order further products again when I need something. I can definitely recommend them.

Great experience, good quality.
Ordered a 25 kg coarse cornmeal bag.
Product was delivered the day after well packaged, in a solid box.
The only thing I would like to see improved is the traceability of the product. There are no informations at all, neither on the website nor on the product itself, regarding country of origin and where the grain has been processed/packaged.
The product is great for making polenta, right consistency and short cooking time.

With regards to country of origin, do feel free to give us a ring and we can check this sort of information for you against our suppliers confirmity certficiate if its not shown on our website. The coarse polenta came from Argentina and was then milled in the UK :)

Came for the second time at Wilton after first trial purchase, Pitted Dates and Pitted Prunes are the best option for me , but today I have added some Jumbo Cashews and Raisins . High quality and long expiration dates, and most important is the Price , my previous shop had same products but nearly double price of Wilton offers , guess now I have new favourite shop , well done guys

Very happy, reasonable prices, speedy delivery
The website was very clear to navigate, and the prices were very reasonable.
When the items arrived the box was neatly packed, nothing was rolling around.
I was very happy and will be ordering again, I have passed the supplier's details to a family member to look at and place an order.

I would normally drive into salisbury to buy from their stall on the market then I found out I could order online and collect which I did. I ordered and it was ready in a matter of an hour then walked (no petrol) to collect. Fantastic! Products are always excellent, nothing more to do.

The goods were well packed and accurate as always. The only complaint is that DHL left the box outside the front door easily seen from the street, and didn't even bother to ring the doorbell (we were in and have a video doorbell)

I love receiving a Wilton parcel even though I know what’s inside! The parcel is always packed well and the products are excellent. The glacé cherries and Belgian 53% Dark chocolate ( dairy free) are worth a special mention.

Wilton Wholefoods can be relied upon for very competitive prices and extremely reasonable shipping rates. Both porridge oats and figs had a long expiry date and kept me fully informed of the progress of the order.
