ordered online, order cancelled as order was out of stock, but happened two days later by which time it was too late to order a replacement elsewhere. Very poor
Edit: in response to reply, I was told the item was out of stock so told I could wait until it came back into stock or cancel. I cancelled and bought on amazon instead. I think this is a perfectly fair review considerin the inconvenience

Wilton Wholefoods (WW) offers an attractively wide range of unprocessed and minimally processed foods and foodstuffs.
I am a little disappointed with the slightly awkward way in which the WW website works - it could be designed to allow the user far greater ease to move directly to different areas around the site without working a way through the hierarchy of menus.

Slight problem.
Website needs updating to identify not available products at checkout. First time I’ve encountered this problem. Otherwise the same excellent service and packing and delivery. Thoroughly recommended, always reliable. Customer service helpful when I phoned.

Tasty and reasonably priced products vs the high street. Enjoyed a mix of nuts (brazil/pecan etc) and dried fruits (sour cherries/jumbo flame raisins). The only improvement is the almonds tasted a bit stale/dry, otherwise will shop from Wiltons again.

Quality and prices are very good as is the range of weights in which you can buy the products. However, some of the packaging is not strong enough to hold the contents, for example the 5kg pasta bag has arrived split twice.

I thought I'd ordered correctly but when I had no confirmation I had to find out where I went wrong. Some online ordering is simpler than others, especially for some of us seniors in society.

Excellent service.
Order arrived quickly.
If I have a gripe it is that the dried apricots, I ordered, when soaked and cooked are not as big as others I have been used to.

The prunes are very nice and soft to eat, I think the best I’ve tasted. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was they have a preservative in them. Otherwise very good.

they are slightly cheaper and the delivery charges are ok but it can take longer
