The delivery was the fly in the ointment here, whilst I appreciate that this is not directly Griggs fault, they have chosen DPD to deliver on their behalf. I was given a date of delivery shortly after I ordered my goods….great. Then on the day of delivery a text and email from DPD confirming all good and what my hour time slot was. Tracked the driver to the edge of my village…..great I thought. Ten minutes later I get an email sorry we missed you, with a picture of something taken in the dark!!??? Whatever it was it wasn’t my house/porch. Items were delivered the next day by another driver. But Griggs website says 1-3 days delivery??!! Items were all in their plastic bags and gaffer taped all together. I’ve kept one pair of wellies and sent the others back, (on that note I spoke to someone and asked is it ok to order 4 pairs and send the ones back I don’t want, the lady said fine) Griggs acknowledged my return request very promptly and I now wait for my refund. Other than delivery, my overall experience with Griggs has been positive and I shall use them again.

I purchased a coat as a birthday gift for my wife but the delivery experience has been wrong at every step of the process, although in the end we got what we ordered. First, they advertise a 1-3 days delivery but after 4 days I had to use their online chat and send an email to inquire about the delivery as I had not received any update yet. Second, I was told that they didn't have the colour that was advertised on their website and I accepted to get a navy blue coat instead of a black one. Third, on Saturday I get an email telling me to expect the delivery on Monday but the coat was delivered a day earlier, on Sunday, but to the wrong flat (as I could tell from the picture taken by the delivery man). Luckily my neighbours have been kind enough to take the package to our door. In the end, the coat we received is indeed a black one, and yet Griggs didn't acknowledge that they have eventually found it. Clearly not a shop accustomed to e-commerce, but I must say that prices are competitive.

I ordered a much wanted Joules dress online and it never arrived. When I tracked the parcel, DPD had it on the way back to store! They said they had attempted three times to deliver and supplied photos of each occasion, none of which were my house! I contacted Griggs and they were so helpful. They were reassuring and said they would re-send it back to me. I spoke to two other ladies at Griggs on the next day and the customer service was just impeccable. I so wish I had got their names but only got one, who was Abbie. You have amazing staff Griggs who are a credit to your company.

Looking for new slippers, found two pairs I liked at good prices. Items despatched very quickly. Unfortunately one pair was not quite what I ordered - Joules slippers in brown colouring with an embroidered cat ( bought previously but worn out). However when package arrived, they had sent a pink pair, also with cat. Not really what I wanted but too much trouble to return and reorder because of different colour and design.

Very easy to order & pay on the website. Cheapest price around for this La Hacienda Wild fire fire pit, and I got 15% off as it was my first order. Fire pit was delivered quickly, I live it & I didn't pay for postage which was another plus. Can thoroughly recommend MA Griggs & I will be ordering again soon.

I have previously considered purchasing these Berghaus boots in the past. On this occasion, I noticed these boots in a brown colour that I had not seen before. Better than this though was the price! Used the boots twice, very comfortable with no initial pains and blisters, extremely happy with my purchase.

You could have a basket to remove unwanted items . As every time I went on your site there was 2 pairs of Rieker sandals in the basket & after many emails back & forth . & as I didn’t have a order number 1 pair could not be removed. So now I had to pay for 2pair & sent 1 back costing me postage of £350
