I am having problem with Digi-quick, which could have being easily solve, they charge me twice on the 24/10/2019, I sent Digi-Quick an E- as soon as became apparent on the 28/10/2019. On the 30/10/2019 Digi-Quick paid back to my account £25.98, However, I am still waiting for the other £25.98 plus posted of goods back to Digi-Quick. W.Moore 07970 129538

I ordered a camera batterie you accepted my order took the money for it then sent me an e-mail to say you could not send it by air mail post and that I could have a full refund, which I accepted but I have not as yet had my money back I am still waiting for it, please will you sort this for me. Yours hopefully Joan Munford

Unfortunately what they advertised was not correct. Having said that they responded very quickly to the error and monies were refunded very quickly.

Roger, hands up - yes, we found a mistake in the warehouse and we emailed immediately and gave you the option to receive the battery in a few weeks time or receive a full refund. I see you have received the full refund and please accept our sincere apology.
