I am having problem with Digi-quick, which could have being easily solve, they charge me twice on the 24/10/2019, I sent Digi-Quick an E- as soon as became apparent on the 28/10/2019. On the 30/10/2019 Digi-Quick paid back to my account £25.98, However, I am still waiting for the other £25.98 plus posted of goods back to Digi-Quick. W.Moore 07970 129538

I ordered a camera batterie you accepted my order took the money for it then sent me an e-mail to say you could not send it by air mail post and that I could have a full refund, which I accepted but I have not as yet had my money back I am still waiting for it, please will you sort this for me. Yours hopefully Joan Munford

Hi Mark - I am afraid that standard Airmail to the Philippines will take some time, especially given the pandemic but yes, a month is a long time. If it is not there by next week, can you let me know and I will refund you. In the meantime, I will supend deliveries to the Philippines, as they just don't seem to be getting through. So sorry about this and thanks for your patience.

Should have been delivered on Thursday 9th April, its now 6pm on Tuesday 14th April still no sign of my delivery and no explanation why.

This was sent on Monday and you have selected a standard Airmail to France, so it will take a few days, especially as the Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to the global situation.

Ordered batteries on 8 July still waiting for delivery. Not happy. Now been told they are out of stock and not in until Thursday but will be sent as next day delivery so should receive them on Friday, but won’t hold my breath. Consequently no stars.

As per our conversations, I do apologise. The original order has gone missing in the post and our new stock doesn't arrive until the end of the week. We have offered a full refund if you didn't want to wait but you did say it was OK to wait and we agreed I would send it on in a next day delivery. Sorry you felt you had to leave this negative feedback.

The lead you supplied did not fit the sony 105 handyman as you said it would so you should make sure what you describe is correct as I have wasted £4.95p

Our customers never lose money. If you are not happy with an item, if it is faulty or it is the incorrect item, please contact us and we will either replace it or refund you immediately. I don't have you down as contacting us to resolve, so please get back to us and we can get this sorted for you.

I really can't apologise enough - as previously said, we are having a problem with Royal Mail no longer accepting info-lithium batteries and couriers accepting them. The current price of a delivery was three times the cost of the battery. I did apologise profusely and immediately refund you but yes, we can't currently send to Ireland.
