It's very difficult to find Sebastian products online, so I was glad to discover My Hair & Beauty, who actually had the products in stock. Everything was fine from the locating the items on the website to the ordering process, but it was when I received the goods that I was a little disappointed. The three items had just been put into a cardboard box, with no packing material to prevent them moving, and they had rattled around during transit so that when I received the parcel, I found the shampoo bottle had opened and everything was coated shampoo. The bottle has one of the press down type of openings so it had obviously pressed against one of the other items and popped it open. A little bit of crumpled paper or bubble-wrap would have prevented this.

I ordered 4 items, 2 each of 2 products. One of the products was fine, but the other was out of date dead stock sold at full price. I am a make up artist and know my stuff when it comes to the beauty industry. This product had a packaging update over 2 years ago. The items were sold in the old packaging and when I checked the stock number on the boxes, they're over a year out of date. Really annoying and no way to do business. Shame on you. Lesson learned, I won't purchase from here again, and I'll make sure to let everyone know. Totally unacceptable.
