I love everything I’ve purchased from Pro idea - it’s always different from everybody else - some ahead of the times. Presents I’ve bought for other people have been very well received. Delivery is prompt and packaging is great. Easy Website to use. Love it!

Very disappointed with the packing. For an item which with bubble wrap could have been posted through my letterbox it arrived in an enormous box with loads of paper to protect it and pad out the box. A waste and also annoying to have to recycle it all.

I love the shearling gloves. Beautifully made, light and delicate. Haven't worn them yet though. Happy with my mini pepper grinder. The grounds are slightly larger than is ideal, but at least it grinds unlike at least two I've bought in the past elsewhere. Nice simple design too. Leas good is the long velour dress at least two sizes too small. Wrong size sent so am sending it back. Good service though.

Making an everyday pill box into a thing of beauty. Absolutely lovely and very practical
Making the instruction clearer would help - just the size of the lettering - pill boxes often used by older people - their eyesight is not always sharp.
