My latest purchase has got stuck somewhere in the courier network. No doubt it will appear in due course but this mars what had previously been my experience of an extremely efficient system with an excellent range of carpets. Hence downgrade to four stars.

Really lovely rug, delivered quickly. The courier didn't get the required signature, so I didn't know the rug had arrived until I saw the box in our porch. Fortunately, though, it was quite safe, and is just as beautiful as I'd hoped.
