To be fair, shipment and delivery was a bit slow - they did say due to a rush of orders…. Also, the carpet has a foul odor, it must be professionally cleaned which is just an added expense . That said , I would still shop Naim for their incredible selection and fair pricing.

This company is professional on quality rugs, communication and delivery. I was kept informed and enquiries are promptly dealt with through e mail. Delivery through UPS or FedEX is usually on time but you have to remember to key into their website to get updates. The rugs are fantastic. My choice is probably not everyone’s but bright colours and bold designs are the best I have seen and I have looked in detail elsewhere! The selection of rugs ranging from pure silk through to wool is wide catering for a massive range of tastes. The import tax is included in the rugs and delivery so you know what you are spending without hidden surprises. Rugs arrive in a box and rugs inside are wrapped in thick black sheeting so well protected in transit. I am very impressed and pleased with all my purchases.

The whole experience was excellent! I’m always a bit cautious when purchasing items online but this rug is exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier! Unfortunately I can’t take a photo right now as the rug is laid out in my loft, we are decorating our living room first! I’m very happy with the quality of the rug and the excellent service and speed of delivery over the festive period! Thank you.

My rug arrives in two days time so quality as yet unknown but Nairn have been excellent from ordering and with updates on delivery. I look forward to receiving my rug soon..

Really great customer service. I received a swift reply to my initial enquiry and my order was delivered quickly. The rug was very high quality and beautiful but unfortunately the colours didn't suit my room. I returned it and a refund was sent very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company.

I have been dealing with Nain rugs recently and they are highly professional, responsive to enquiries and provide detailed descriptions of all their rugs from where they originate to how they are handmade. Every rug I have purchased is beautiful and exactly as described in their on line descriptions. Infact, on arrival to go a step further they are magnificent. Colours are vibrant in my choices and all provide a talking point by their sheer interesting designs. Some of the animals and birds have a wonderful naive quality which is fascinating. There is absolutely no problem ordering from Germany to UK. Deliveries are swift and I was kept informed about delivery dates and times. Transport/export is included in the price so no unexpected tax to pay. You know that what you pay for each rug is correct. Recently Nain had a sale with discounted designs plus an extra percentage off making many of my choices a great buy. I am thrilled to have found such beautiful rugs many designs I can’t find in UK. Since discovering Nain rugs I have been impressed by the quality and variety of rugs they sell that appeal to my taste. Furnishing two houses has meant I have purchased several rugs all of which are remarkable designs and colours. The company is quick to respond to questions or information regarding transport and resolves enquiries promptly. I am impressed by their business strategy and communication outside the EU. Many other companies could learn a great deal from their methods. My only comment would be using UPS to transport goods to our area is not favourable because I don’t find them as reliable as other company’s. I understand that certain company’s that transport good have differing insurance cover so this might be a reason why UPS is used!

The ease of the ordering process online and the number of photographs of the rug from different angles were excellent. We also liked the way in which it was possible to show the chosen rug on different floor surfaces. We liked the information provided online about the various rugs available and the authentification and valuation certificate provided. The rug took a little longer to process prior to dispatch therefore delivery was not within the stated timescales, however this was not an issue for us. We would recommend Nain Trading for anyone seeking to purchase an oriental rug.

Our experience with Nain Trading was nothing but positive. First there was a glitch that caused the advertised sale price to revert to regular price when we ordered online. Their customer service agent remedied that immediately. They shipped our carpet from Hamburg but it never made it past Philadelphia where the package disappeared. Fortunately we had a second selection that was very similar to the first carpet and they reserved that one for us while the package loss was investigated. When UPS honored their claim the second carpet was shipped immediately and arrived safely at our doorstep four days later. No hassles. Just good customer service. The carpet is beautiful and closely resembles a Nain carpet we purchased 30 years ago in both color and design. We couldn’t be happier.

I have recently ordered a number of rugs from Nain Trading as we are gradually replacing our fitted carpets with stripped wooden floors and rugs. All of them are absolutely beautiful - wonderful colours, exquisite workmanship and superb quality. They have transformed our home. Only one was not quite right for the room we had bought it for and Nain Trading responded to our request for a return efficiently and quickly. Their customer service is first class. I got the carpet, and I love it. It was only $300, so I didn't expect it to be so beautiful. It's not straight, but I could see that in the picture, which I really appreciate. I feel that their pictures are very accurate, so I think I would be up for buying more carpets on their website. I had hesitated before because I never knew if I would get what I saw online. I happen to love the imperfection of this carpet, by the way. Thank you very much!
