Excellent rapid service, all items safely packed and in perfect condition. I've tried some wines, cider and beer. I find the beers and cider the best substitutes. The wines could do with more description to allow comparison with ordinary wines - eg the sweetness rating on whites, tannin levels on red etc. Some are ok, but others rather like inferior grape juice. All a bit of a stab in the dark, I'd have been more selective with a bit more foreknowledge. However, will try again soon.

It is almost undrinkable. Tastes like something medicinal or that goes in the bath. It should be sold as a food supplement or mood supplement not a drink. I have tried many of the non-alcoholic spirits and this is the first I have drunk that is not actually designed to be for pleasant drinking, its obviously aimed at people who are hanging on to the hope that a liquid will make them feel drunk without being alcohol.

My own fault really, but because I'm an alcoholic I only use zero alcohol drinks. On my last order they slipped in some low alcohol drinks that I didn't notice until I'd drunken them. Probably a very minor problem to most people, but not me

Hi, thank you for your review. I have checked your last two orders and I can see you ordered the Dry Drinker's Low Alcohol Lager Favourites & Nirvana mixed case - both of these cases contain beers upto 0.5%. The ABV of all our drinks are clearly stated on each product pages and also several times in the description - this error was not on Drydrinker's part. For reference, we do have a section on our site for just 0.0% drinks, please let us know if we can help with selections in the future

Customer service was great, very helpful. The product however was dreadful, read the reviews and went ahead with the purchase which arrived and was extremely disappointing. Nothing lime the description basically just tasred like honeyed water and did not smell nice at all.
