I bought Microsoft office for MacBook for £164.99and typed in the product key code and it was already in use. I called the lizengo but no answer. I sent an email and explained the situation and they asked me for a screenshot of the error. I do shift work so I couldn’t do it straight away. I sent it to them and still have not been able to get a solution. I also called again but again no answer
