I refurbed my battery and upgraded my ssd at the same time using their model specific kit with supplied tools etc. The tools were adequate for the purpose and the instructions very clear. It was the first time I'd done this and was concerned it would not be worth the effort and my OS would not recognise things like battery level afterwards. I needn't have worried. Both components have checked out fine and my MacBook Pro 13" retina early 2013 is now flying along quicker than ever with 512 gb storage instead of the factory installed 256gb. In fact it's so good it is not far off my new M2 MacBook Air 15" I bought to replace it. Many thanks flexxmemory I was very happy with the end result and the components supplied. It may be possible to source these components slightly cheaper individually elsewhere but that's only if you know exactly what stuff to buy and I think once you've got your precious MacBook opened up it's nice to have the reassurance somebody has supplied the correct bits and relevant information you might not have thought of. The postage was fast and well packaged. On the whole a job well done. Recommended for a complete novice like me.

I recently purchased the Sonnet Echo Thunderbolt 3 Dock with 2x M.2 NVMe SSD and couldn't be happier. I had concerns about compatibility with M2 chips, and Marian from their support team was a lifesaver! Not only did Marian provide detailed information, but she also arranged for a retroactive first purchase discount after my order was placed. The compatibility info might have been better reflected on the Flexx website, but with this superb support it didn’t take away from the experience. Stellar product, stellar support. Flexx Memory have a great range of tech products, and I will definitely purchase from here again. Highly recommend.

Ideal for my new Mac Studio, as it stacks perfectly with it (same plan dimensions as a Mac mini). Solidly made all-metal construction. Fitting drives is easy, too. One reason for choosing these enclosures is compatibility with 2.5 inch SATA SSDs - am currently running mechanical drives, but intend to fit SSDs soon. Think Flexx should add to the website product page that these enclosures do not need an adapter to fit an SATA SSD - an important point, as most enclosures do need an adapter, which usually means an extra £10 or so to fit each SSD. Very pleased with these enclosures.

What a brilliant company I made a mistake on my order this was in the evening so I compiled a email telling them what I had done and the next day I received a reply and my mistake had been resolved I can’t thank them enough for there brilliant service.
