Unfortunately DPD said they tried to deliver initially but no one was home to sign but this was a lie on basis we waited in all day Second time re delivery they said they could not find the address which did not make sense So I ended up asking them to deliver to a pickup point

I ordered a grease filter for my extractor. It was bent and dented on arrival. I’ve tried to contact you in several ways and times for a replacement and you have not responded. The worst customer service. You can improve if you respond to your customers

The part was not exactly the same

I am very disappointed with the shipping experience provided by FixPart. Despite being charged £6.95 for delivery to my door, the service received was poor and far below expectations. The delivery was handled by DPD, and unfortunately, their driver falsely claimed that no one was at home. This is simply untrue — I was at home, specifically waiting for the delivery, as I urgently needed the part to fix my oven. The driver did not attempt to come to my door at all. I contacted DPD’s customer service to file a complaint, but I was not given the opportunity to speak properly and the call was ended. Later, I received a message instructing me to collect the parcel from my nearest post office, which defeats the purpose of paying for home delivery. I have attached the DPD messages for reference. It is unacceptable that FixPart charges a relatively high shipping fee while using a low-quality delivery company that shows misleading and little regard for customer satisfaction. The driver’s dishonesty has left a very negative impression. I've requested a refund for the shipping cost from FixPart, but no response so far. As for the item itself, it appears to be the correct part, and it was installed yesterday. However, I cannot yet comment on its quality until I’ve had more time to test it.

I bought a item and it’s been delivered to totally different town where I have been live so I’m not happy with this purchase that I need to get this order ASAP and get my money back
