My delivery did not arrive - I raised the concern with Fixpart and I’m yet to get a response. Very disappointing as I cannot use my appliance. I have requested replacements be sent out. All I’m receiving is automated reply’s.
Order was shipped and delivered very quick, one of the item did have some cosmetic damage so that is the reason for 4 Stars.

Don’t rely solely on the model search feature!!!
Used the model number part search to buy a capacitor for our tumble dryer. Granted, it came quite quickly however upon coming to fit, realised they had sent a 15uf when the model needed an 11uf capacitor. I contacted them to request a return/refund and have now been in a back and forth for almost a week , being asked to send pictures for proof of the inside of my machine and the model sticker (like I was lying?) and now have been left on “ we will contact the supplier and let you know”. Let me know what?! I requested a return within 14days of receiving the part, it should have been a straight forward return not all this fuss. Annoyed!
Perfect Replacement
Part was a perfect replacement for my washing machine and with a little tweaking with the holes fitted exactly as it should. Brilliant! Arrived very quickly too!

It took a while.
The part which I ordered was difficult to source elsewhere, so in this respect the company was a great asset. However, it did take longer to arrive that I expected.
Part for our Phillips Azur iron ordered and quickly delivered. Iron now working again.
Bottom line is, would I use again. Definitely yes!
