My experience with fishdeal has been excellent, i purchased reels and spare spools at very competative prices (by far the cheapest anywhere I looked). Postage was free and fairly quick, (I ordered on a sunday night and they arrived by tracked courior Saturday morning, thats 6 days from the Netherlands to the UK) I think that is pretty good considering I was notified it could be longer due to heavy work loads at the warehouse. The reels are very good quality from a well established company and were well packaged. What`s not to like. Despite all the negative feedback from other customers, I would buy from them again, without hesitation

Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Hi, Thank you for you review. We are sorry you have had a bad experience with us. From our side we do our best to ensure parcels are delivered on time and undamaged. However, we also depend on the couriers and when they have problems, then that affects our parcels as well. When you experience any problem with the parcel, it is necessary to contact our team and they will follow the process, depending on the situation, to fix things the fastest way possible. Part of the process, is to contact the couriers and get more information regarding the parcel so then we can find the best solution. This sometimes take between 10-14 working days depending in the courier. Of course we will always find a solution for you as we want our customers to be happy with their order and us. Hi, Thank you for your review. We have looked into this case and we see that your order was delayed by the courier due to the Black Friday season. While our delivery times are 2-5 working days, unfortunately we also depend on the courier to deliver on time and if they have unexpected delays, then this affects the delivery times. Sadly the couriers do not contact us t let us know of these delays and therefore w e cannot contact our customers with this information. Hi, Thank you for your review. When an order cannot be shipped in 1 parcel, we split the order in 2 or more orders. Then you receive two different messages with the corresponding tracking. Did you not receive the 2 emails with the tracking information? Kind regards, Team Fishdeal.

Hi, How annoying to hear that your parcel was delivered with a delay. You places the order on the December 2nd and we gave to the courier on the 3rd. Unfortunately, the courier had delays as consequence of the Black Friday season and this affected the delivery times. Sadly we also depend on the couriers to deliver the orders and if they have delays, there is nothing we can do about this.
