So Fishdeal, what's wrong with my order ??? Actually my last two orders ??? I have ordered from you many times without any problems and have even suggested to friends and fellow fishermen / women that they use you. The order I placed with you at the beginning of February this year never arrived and it took me to submit a complaint to Paypal to get my money back. You then offered me a 15% discount on my next order for the problems caused. I placed a new order on February 23, 2021 for over £190, and after multiple emails and attempted phone calls you asked me to contact the courier company (DPD) you used because "they couldn't find my address". My address was correct with you and DPD... I still don't have my order and you still have my money ....... I had 5 parcels delivered to my address last Friday alone, from 5 different companies, delivered by La Poste, DHL, CHRONOPOST, AMAZON and you guessed it ... DPD. None of these drivers had problems finding my address. What I find even more concerning is that when I log into my account on your website, the order does not show up there. I can only see my old orders from some time ago. I've tried to give you a fair chance to fix this, even asked several times if you'd like to call me so we can find a solution but you won't call me for some reason. I have now just received an email saying "As our courier isn't helping too, we cannot get your parcel to a parcel shop or your home address right now." You also now ask me to wait for a refund !!! A strong case for "Buyer Beware"....
