Hi, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with us. Since we are based in the Netherlands, some of our couriers work with third parties in the UK to deliver the parcels and their tracking informations might not be updated correctly. When a parcel is damaged, the courier will not let us know of this, leaving us with the idea that the parcel is on the way correctly and, unfortunately, the only way for us to know of this is when the customer contacts us about it. Most of the time we offer to send a product in case the parcel was damaged and returned to us, however, in some cases it is not possible due to unavailability.
