This product is fantastic! After a 2-3 hour search on an alternate option for drying clothes (as the dryer has packed in) I stumbled upon this product, I am so glad I did.
I must admit, I was sceptical whether it would work well/be big enough. Having used it, I should not have worried at all! It's perfect, and dries a 10kg load of washing in less than 2 hours. It is much less hassle than a tumble drier (condenser), as that requires constant cleaning. Additionally, any type of garment can be put inside.
For anyone buying this, if like myself you have a big family (I have 4 children), then I would advise making/allocating a permanent space for it, as I have to use it daily. If however, you don't have a large weekly laundry load, and you need a drying product that you can pack away, then this also great as it folds down.
It is easy to assemble, and very practical for all laundry requirement.

Probably not your fault but I just received my parcel last night. It should have been with me on Thursday 15th October. It seems that the package was damaged en route- goods are fine. Thank you

Good - they had stock when even Amazon were struggling to source my requirement (simple gel deodorant!)
Good - though not cheap, delivery.
Good - Well packaged.
Less Good - Prices are fair but shown without VAT which is an unnecessary device.
As lockdown eases and I can go to the shops, I probably won't use them again because of delivery charges.

Price was cheaper than others, but at checkout tax and shipping was added which increased price but still cheaper. Only downside was a long wait for delivery, luckily was not in a rush.

Easy to order, good communication, great prices.
The only problem was the time taken to receive the goods although I suspect that could be due to the courier. Had a message to say my parcel was with the courier but it didn’t update for several days.
