This was my first order and I was attracted by the very good prices, but wary that that might mean the service was poor or items substandard. But I was really impressed, everything arrived quickly, much better packed than many of the better known stores and all the items were exactly as pictured and very good quality. I will be shopping here regularly. The only thing that could be better is more variety of stock (please!)

Ordered: FERRERO ROCHER GRAND 125G
"A delicious milk chocolate shell with hazelnut pieces, containing two Ferrero Rocher inside."
- It was empty! Just a small hollow chocolate shell with no Ferrero rochers inside! Very disappointing and an embarrassing gift to give. I don't understand what happened, did they send a different product or did I get a dud? Waste of money. £8 including postage for 100g of chocolate shell.
Would not shop here again or recommend to others.

I would have given 5* but I did received an incorrect item first hand, after sending a message, we had sorted out a return and exchange and I can now say I am a very happy customer after receiving my beloved sour infernal lollipops. I will definitely be ordering again when I run out!

The prices of the items are very reasonable, however the postage and packing is quite expensive and Myshop should do a deal where you buy a certain amount and there is a reduction.
