I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. This is embarrassing and I want to find a way so this does not happen again. Please could someone call me on 07848 451863 to discuss the matter? Thanks. 8Dec23

Thanks for your feedback. We've been responsive to your emails and provided answers to your queries. And as previously advised, your original order was fulfilled with the stock and successfully dispatched from our warehouse on the 8th of February. Sometimes parcels that are placed on the pallet for collection from the courier can become lost at the Evri fulfilment centre before it is scanned into their network, it is an unfortunate but common issue. Most times the parcel is found and scanned in and will still be delivered to the customer. However, if there has been a period of 7 days since dispatch, we consider the parcel lost. Since your order was dispatched, we have received other orders of the sponge, due to this we are now out of stock of the item so we were unable to offer a replacement. To resolve this matter, we issued a full refund, which I can see you replied to a notification of. We would never knowingly or intentionally mislead a customer, furthermore, we have lost money on the missing parcel and are unable to claim this back from the courier, so this scenario is the possible outcome for us retailers. If we were unable to fulfil your order we would not have dispatched it, but this was not the case. Best wishes, myShop Customer Support.

Our emails asking for feedback were timed for our usual SLA's I'm afraid. The tracking advised they attempted delivery earlier in the week but there was no one in to receive the parcel. Goods were perfect as per our expectations. The courier was some corner shop company who left the goods on the driveway not realising that anybody can steal that. Fortunately my neighbour saw it and picked it up. We had a huge sign to say if we are not home kindly drop it to number 5. Totally ignored the sign. Kindly use better responsible couriers. Thanks.
