Thought I was buying physical software discs but turned out to be download-based. MS Product Key didn't work initially and MS advised me that it was blocked due to overuse. However, after several exchanges of email, a fresh download was provided with a Product Key that worked, and all was well. Website says .co.uk but the company you are dealing with is in Germany.

I purchased a MSOffice reclaimed licence. It was cheap, but did not come with adequate installation instructions. I asked for techncical support, and discovered that they are based in Germany. I tried getting support by email, and received this in German After several unsuccesful attempts I claimed a refund, which did at least arrive promptly. Not recommended for UK customers.

I have not been able to retrieve my said delivered Windows 7 licence key due to poor instruction by software supplier. As for my Trusted Shops guarantee assistance am genuinely completely disatisfiedwith them too. Refused a refund. Will attempt to communicate my displeasure to my credit card account so watch me closely on my activity towards Trusted Shop and subsequent customers review forums

Don't buy from this shop if you do not understand the German language. IMO very poorly sold software , no support instructions, replied in German, extremely frustrating.This company do not deserve to even have a shop

I cannot see how I could have received better service from this Company.
Their price was unbeatable, delivery was very fast and the customer service was exceptional.
I had a transfer of licence certificate for the product purchased and telephone activation with Microsoft went smoothly, without any issues whatsoever.
I can certainly recommend this company and attest to their reliability.
