Very late delivery (days after last estimated delivery date) meant I was left without the item for my holiday meaning I was out of pocket as I had to hire. If I had known the actual delivery date I could have ordered from somewhere else. My husband also ordered something from here which was late arriving so this is not a one off. Response from customer services offered no help. Avoid.

Great product at a great price but order in plenty of time, item was despatched quickly but then took a long time to arrive (though in time), tracking only reliable once in the UK - it was difficult to ascertain it's whereabouts before that, until order was chased.Don't rely on receiving emails, messages are sometimes posted on the website within your account details - a direct reply was not made.

Item arrived as described, good quality skis. The shop responded to email (though with delays). Delivery however was an absolute disgrace. Expected to ship in 3-5 days, I waited for over 2 weeks. The company uses multiple couriers on the way which makes tracking not work. Yodel delivery was terrible - signature was required but the driver left the skis in front of my door while nobody was home

Ordered ski gloves from this company 23rd Jan for delivery 27th to 28thJan. Received email 28th Jan stating gloves were not in stock and would be delivered as soon as back in stock. Advised delivery would be 4th or 5th Feb . Gloves were not delivered by these dates and had left for ski hol on 5th without gloves . Gloves had arrived on returning for holiday. Total waste of time

Do not use this company Jacket took 18 days to arrive. Despite numerous emails and phone calls (all min 30mins wait time) I still haven't received a returns form to return the item. Ordered the correct size from another company. It arrived the next day.

This is the worst company I have ever bought from and impossible to get hold of. Not only did I order in time for Christmas and received it mid January, but they sent me the wrong board size meaning that my partner still can't go snowboarding. I have sent numerous emails and am on hold as I type for the fourth time this week and I am on 38 minutes and counting. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I was disappointed with this company. Having read good reviews, I expected to receive my order in time, but had to leave for my trip before it arrived. I contacted customer service when I was concerned that it was late, but they did not trouble themselves to respond to my email. The parcel was with my neighbor, and I got it late, which is better than never. In two minds about using them again.

Good as describes, but delivery took 10 days If you don't mind waiting to get your stuff then go ahead. They are in Spain so I hate to think what returning goods would be like. Look cheap but probably not worth it.

Snowinn advertises products on their website as 'in stock' when they are not. I ordered a ski jacket on 18.12.2015. Website said it was in stock. Today the website claims the same jacket is in stock but this is not true. Delivery was promised for 25.12.2015 & again on 7, 12, 18, 20, 25 January 2016, but it never arrived & my money was eventually refunded. This company can not be trusted.
