I needed a new battery for a 12 year old camera, everywhere else I looked they were either out of stock, or only had pre used ones available. Photospecialist was the only place that had new ones - they were also cheaper than elsewhere, they arrived 4 days after ordering. The only negative point is the size of the box that they were shipped in - a padded envelope sent by surface mail would have been cheaper and less wasteful.

Thank you for the review. It is indeed true that our company is not located in England. We have our details on our website under custumer service. I would NEVER buy from this company again! The product arrived eventually after shuttling between two depots for a day. However, when I tried to return the item - within a couple of days - all I got was stonewalling tactics and silence. You will NOT get ANY customer service from this company!!!!

Thank you for your review, what a pity to read that the delivery was delayed. At the moment we have a backlog due to staff shortages so it takes longer for us to respond. Sorry for this. I see that the request for a return label has been made but not yet taken up, I have put it through urgently. You will receive it by post.

I ordered two camera batteries last week. I only got a pdf invoice. I haven't received any information regarding my order, no tracking information, nothing. No reply to any of the emails, NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL, THE CHAT DOESNT WORK. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHEN OR IF MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED - ORDER NUMBER 10788516.......THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...ALL YOU CREATIVE PEOPLE OUT THERE ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING KEPT IN THE DARK OR IF YOU LIKE TO ADD MORE STRESS TO YOUYR LIFE

Hi, thanks for your review, I apologise for the delay in our customer service, we are currently understaffed so we are unable to respond to our mail within the promised time. unfortunately, we also had an error in the system which meant that no tracking information was sent. I see that the package has been delivered and I wish you lots of fun with it.

I regret so much to buy from them. It's very difficult to get to their customer service. You need to wait for the connection around 10 min and the connection it being cut off. The company is based in Netherlands but their email and phone no indicated UK. If you want to return the cost is at least £25 and no guarantee that you will get your money back as you have only 14 days and the product must be unused. But as I mentioned before to get the reply and the label via email takes long time.

Sorry to hear that you regret buying from us, and you weren't answered fast. Unfortunately, there is a longer reaction time at the moment. Of course, it won't be a problem to return your item later, as we can see you already contacted us within the 14 days. A return costs £25 and if a product was death on arrival, of course we will take those costs on us.

I ordered an expensive printer only to have it never arrive. After a month of trying to sort this out with the company I have consistently been told there's nothing they can do (which is of course not true). If they do make some efforts or my printer arrives I will delete this post, but until then I would advise very strongly against ordering from this company ever as they take no accountability.

We are working hard with UPS to find out what happened to the shipment. As soon as we receive an update from them, we will let you know immediately. We are of course very sorry for you, but unfortunately we have to wait for the investigation.

Did not include the adapter plug they said they would include, so item is currently useless to me. Then had to send FOUR emails to even get them to finally respond. Was told I would get an adapter plug sent out. Still haven't received any information about that delivery. Unbelievably bad customer service experience. Can't believe they treat customers like this.
