I needed a new battery for a 12 year old camera, everywhere else I looked they were either out of stock, or only had pre used ones available. Photospecialist was the only place that had new ones - they were also cheaper than elsewhere, they arrived 4 days after ordering.
The only negative point is the size of the box that they were shipped in - a padded envelope sent by surface mail would have been cheaper and less wasteful.

Excellent service & goods. Ordered Sunday evening (19.06.22) item safely arrived, in UK, on Wednesday morning (22.06.22). Much quicker, and a great deal cheaper, than buying from the UK!! Paid via PayPal therefore ensuring I had their full support should anything go wrong. Thankfully, nothing did. Fabulous service & superb goods. Certainly will buy from the again.

I can’t fault PhotoSpecialists so far! My order arrived quickly to the UK, they emailed me to let me know it’s been dispatched and provided tracking information. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Arrived ok no problems. When I ordered this I thought it was a UK shop yet its come from a different shop in the Netherlands using a UK phone number. Well everything arrived Ok & very quick many thanks
