Louis Moto's prices are competitive, and its telephone customer services advisers are helpful. its good service is let down by its choice of courier in the UK whose accounting team and local depot fall short of being totally useless! I had to pay VAT and other import duties, which Louis Moto repaid to me with a couple of days of me send it the relevant receipts. Parcelforce, then retained my order on the basis of me not having paid the necessary fees despite me having legitimate Parcelforce receipts proving that all import duties and VAT had been paid. It took several weeks, daily telephone calls and many formal complaints to Parcelforce before my order was released to me. Parcelforce tarnished my customer experience with Louis Moto but despite Parcelforce's negative impact on Louis Moto's brand with me I will continue to order from Louis Moto, but I will not be making any 'mega orders' if Parcelforce remains its UK courier.
The boots were never delivered
Parcelforce haven't sent me any letters and are refuse to email me a copy of the alleged letter etc, however I have sent you a photo of the parcel/sticker detailing the charges which is all that I have but you have failed to transfer the money by PayPal.
On the website it implies you won’t be charged any customs duty on products you purchase in the UK. I was however and had to pay nearly £100 to get the item delivered. I contacted Louis and they said send proof of the charges and they would refund the amount. I did this, however two weeks later no refund. Customer service very poor, no apology and all they say is they’ll inform the relevant department. Will not use or recommend again unfortunately.

Asked to rate my experience and how I feel about the product before it has arrived. Rubs it in the DHL are rubbish! it has been nearly two weeks and my parcel has not even left Germany.
Update: Parcel has arrived. 2 Weeks delivery time. I'm disappointed to find the Visor is not in perfect condition. It should be NEW. But it looks scuffed, scratched on front middle like it's used or stored badly.

Awefull service / never again
You market your products in the UK with VAT and duty included. Then you send your products and let your customers pay the VAT and Duty again. I'm now waiting for weeks to get a refund for this money and will now start a complaint through PayPal.

You advertise as .co.uk store but NOT
You advertise as .co.uk store but AFTER I ordered discovered you are not a UK shop. My goods have been delayed in Customs and are now subject to another £70 charges - making service poor and price expensive. Would never use again!

We do not advertise that we are a uk shop, only the language is translated into english, we are a german company. We are sorry that you have to pay customs duties again.Please contact us for a refund

UK import duty is not included before despatch of items.
Your website states that import duty to Great Britain is covered before despatch. This is not the case and I am now expected to pay the duty and recover my costs. If I knew this I would never have placed an order.

If the total value of an order exceeds £135, additional import duties will be charged to the recipient.
