First time ordering, item never arrived, after a couple of emails and a telephone call, they sent another item by special delivery the next day, with no cost to myself , very nice item, will buy again from elma but not over the weekend as dont seem to have anyone available to help or advise, the first order never arrived, no clue with that, think they just forgot me. But all good in the end, happy

Excellent item, quick dispatch & delivery but there was no tracking information issued so the order could not be tracked and when I emailed to request tracking information I did not receive a response

Customer service's was excellent,our order was last minite as major retailer let us down so relieved when it arrived just as promised. Thank you, the only thing that let it down was the postman left it on the garden wall luckly we was mointering the post so was able to prevent it from going missing.

from start to finish no problems at all doing this online i was a bit nervous but the ring came in time for grandaughter 21st perfect fit and she loves it .
