Just a note to you - I fell at the first hurdle some minutes ago when I mistakenly thought that if as in my case I wanted to give you a high score say 4 or 5 stars, then I should enter my score by pressing the one at the left first, then the second on the left, the third and so on up to 4 or 5. It would thus register as a 4 stars or 5 stars. But by doing this you would have registered it as 1 star.
I don’t think I’m the only person to make that mistake

I don’t think you’re likely to print this. I’ve used dr Fox for some years. They’ve always provided me with what I wanted but usually had to wait sometimes more than a week. Also now finding a new supplier, Im receiving an order in two days and items much cheaper. I also like to point out that the items don’t require a signature. That means I don’t have to go to Sorting office to pick them up.

Used to be very quick dispatch time.
Used to buy by 9am and dispatched by evening but now dispatch time is slow,
Now If bought at 9am monday item won’t be here till Wednesday or Thursday.
Ukmeds send out someday and delivers next day, I still use your company in hope it will get back to how efficient it was but it’s been like this for a while now.
Also you still don’t send out scored tablets which i understood when covid was rife but now get back to how you were or I’ll shop at ukmeds like many others now do…

Seems so so dodgy to upload copy of passport. I didn’t trust it. You don’t have to on other IK pharmacy websites. I was worried about security so did not upload and was refunded.

Hello, very sorry for the concern this has caused you. Since 2017 these identity checks have been a requirement of the Care Quality Commission (the independent regulator of health and social care in England). Patients who fail the 'soft' identity check which is done at the point of order are asked to provide photo ID before we are able to consider the order. Kind regards

Hello, our apologies. The vast majority of our orders are posted same or next working day (Mon-Fri) . However occasionally there is a slight delay with orders placed on a Monday (such as yours) due to large amounts of orders received over the weekend. If medication is required urgently we can process and send same day if advised. Kind regards
